Box squat: 60×5, 100×4, 140×3, 160x3x3
Romanian dead: 100×6, 130×5, 150x5x3 (slow eccentric)
Stretching: 35 mins
Happy with this session, 227.5 is the most I’ve deadlifted without a belt, weight felt easy.
