Pause squat (short pause): 60×4, 100×3, 145×3( belt), 182.5.5x3x2, 172.5×3
Reverse hyper ( 25kg): 3 sets 8 reps
Abs: Weighted decline crunch (2 sec pause), 4 sets 8 reps
Stretching: 35 mins
Deadlifts felt good.
