    What strength coach or trainer has had the most impact on you and why?
    Basil Carzis from the Bulls. Won every major trophy on offer to SA franchises, willing to share info, practice what he preaches

    What are the positives of being a Strength and Conditioning Coach / Trainer?
    Every individual is a different challenge, working out in the sun, helping athletes to achieve their best, positively influencing people

    What are the negatives?
    Lack of opportunities, lack of good pay (referring to SA)

    What advice would you have for those wishing to become a part of the industry?
    You have practice what you preach, you need to start working early so you can learn from those who have experience

    What is your favorite exercise?
    Single hand BB snatch

    Favorite piece of equipment you have in your gym?
    Kettlebells
