Agree 100% my old mate, individuals need to do whatever they need to do first and then build on that for the team work, I will ensure the players have around 7 minutes back in the sheds before they get the call to the field our run sheet for a 7:35pm kick off would be:
7:05pm          Individual Warm up
 7:15pm          Unit warm up
 7:20pm          Team Warm up
 7:26pm          Return to Sheds
 7:33:30pm      Call to Field
 7:35pm          Kick Off
