Hi there I do not think that they will require that amount of time, in
season we do quite a bit of the following:
20 x 22 metres going every 15 seconds rotating the start position after
every 4 reps
10 x 50 metres with a 50 m jog through every 30 seconds
10 x 50 m holding after the sprint no jog through every 30 seconds
10 x build up 22m jog then 28 m sprint then 28 m ease back then walk 22m
every 30 seconds
Maintain every 30 second turn around but change the distance every 2
reps for a 10 rep total:
Eg; 2 x 60, 2 x 40, 2 x 78, 2 x 50, 2 x 40
10 x 100m every 60 seconds, 10 x 78m every 45 seconds, 10 x 50m every 30
seconds, 10 x 22m every 15 seconds
