Thanks for all the help, I’ve taken a lot of the points on board and have been working on flexibility for a good few months now, I’m now starting to get the form. I’m afraid I’ve got another problem! As my elbows are powering through and the bar is coming to rest it’s impacting on 1 collar bone, without sounding like a wimp, it’s pretty painful. Does the bar need to be further up towards the throat? Or am i just not rotating quick enough to get the bar on the “meaty” part of the shoulders?

    Thanks again for your time.

Hey Lloydy, join the club, bro, I twist ever so slightly and impact on
my left sterno clavicular junction which is now heavily calloused,
stick with it and after a while you will not feel the pain at all,
    cheers, ash
