 What are the positives of being a Strength and Conditioning Coach / Trainer? It’s exting to work with human potential.
 What are the negatives? None. 
 What advice would you have for those wishing to become a part of the industry? Ask questions to the process of creating training programs.
 What is your favorite exercise? A trainer should not have a favourite exercise, but be unbiased and apply the exercise the athlete needs.
