    Hi all!
Ive got a lower back injury and just starting physio treatment and rehab from what they will give me.

Regarding a weights and conditioning program what would any you guys suggest i.e that you have used with your players etc?Weights wise looking to put abit of muscle size and strength and try keep my fitness levels up.

Im just looking to do as much as possible combined with what the physio advices.

Im guessing cardio conditioning would be on the bike or spin class or swimming and probably wont be able do any lower body work, so would be an upper body weights program.

Any suggestions, plans, ideas etc would be great!

    Regards Ben
