    Hi,
I wanted to share with you the current Pre season program I have designed for the club I play for and obviously take care of the S&C side of things as well.
I write them in an excel spread sheet as i find them easy to follow this way and scribe lifts down onto when printed out, I digress, it says that it is an invalid file type to upload, any plans to change this?
I could see if i can change it to a PDF and upload it that way – any idea how i do that?

Thanks – im too lazy to write it out in these forum boxes;)

Hi mate, i have just posted a video on how attach a image or picture to your post/tread.

Please note you will need to change the excel spread sheet into a PDF.

Let me know if you need help.

    Cheers Steve
