    Week#13

    This is the DE-LOAD week.

I did train light (50% or less weight) on Monday and Wednesday.

    Competition is on Saturday.

    GO Team GetStrength.

    Coaches Note
Saturday 17th contest day. With the coaches words ringing in his ears (9 for 9) weigh in @ 62.8kg. Then did exactly what the coach wanted, 9 for 9. With a 172.5 squat a 107.5 bench and a 180 deadlift for a pb total= 460kg. Looking at how easy every thing was there was an easy 20-30kg to be had if we had of pushed harder. So with more time and some more body weight the 66kg class will be interesting next year.Well done Will.

It was a fun contest, definitely had a bit left in the tank. I am keen to get back to training and am looking forward to a comp in the near future with two 200k plus lifts and a much improved bench. Thanks Kevin. 😀
