    What strength coach or trainer has had the most impact on you and why? Ashley Jones, because when I e-mailed him he always gave a helpful reply. Sammy Dowling at Leinster also helps me with my mechanics.

    What are the positives of being a Strength and Conditioning Coach / Trainer? N/A

    What advice would you have for those wishing to become a part of the industry? N/A

    Back Squat


    Favorite piece of equipment you have in your gym?
    Power Rack (but we have very little only the basics)


    If you could change one thing what would it be?
    More Plyo equipment and a Reverse Hyperextension machine
