Back into training.
I spent the last couple weeks getting ready to start the next training cycle.
26/09
Lower day 1:
Squat: BARx8x2, 60x6x2, 100×6, 140×6, 180x5x2 ( belt), 172.5×5
Conv deadlift: 100×6, 140×5, 180x5x2 ( belt), 172.5x5x2
SSB squat: 60×8, 100×6, 120x6x3
Abs: Ab roller, 4 sets 8-10 reps
Stretching: 30 mins
