Thursday – deadlift
Deadlift x 250 x 1 x 2
Speed deads x 180 x 3 x 3
Biceps and triceps.
Technique felt shit. I normally benefit hugely from a Deload so just hoping to get the numbers for the last 2 weeks. Squat and bench feeling good though
