This is what I did on Monday afternoon: (Just wanted to mix it up a little – Sorry)

A1: Front Squat
A2: Lunges
(1min rest between 3 x 6 )

Incline DB Bench – 5 x 4

Then..6 reps for
2 x Wide Grip PU
1 x Chin
1 x PU
