Hey ash, would this be okay for the weights side of things?

Mon Full body:

Power clean

Barbell squat

DB Bench press s/s bent over row
incline db press s/s seated row

Wed Upper body weights:

Bench press s/s weighted chins
db shoulder press s/s db one arm row
chins s/s clap push ups?

Fri Full body:


Sprinters Squat

Military press s/s barbell shrugs
Bradford press s/s lat pulldowns

is there anything that could be changed there? any thoughts would be much appreciated
