Hey there, using gymnastics rings for chins and dips and push ups and a range of movements adds to a program, they are a great additional tool for your Tool Box, thanks Dave Tate, they like every other tool are not the be all end all, my programs have survived without excessive use of the Swiss Ball, but there are a few in our gym, cheers, ashley
