Has anyone tried this or something similar during the season and if so how did they find it. Was it sufficient to maintain strength levels and increase power and speed whilst also being full recovered for a game. Also to try and maintain some leg strength would it be useful to maybe do full squats at 80% with the contrasts? Many thanks, Olly.
