Conv deadlift: 160×4, 202.5x4x3 ( belt)
SSB squat: 110×6, 150x5x2 ( belt), 140×5

Abs: Ab roller, 5 sets 8 reps (3 sets with 15k plate)

Stretching: 30 mins

Squats felt good, maybe even faster than last week.
