Tricep bar press: BARx8, 40×8, 60×8, 80x7x4 superset Tricep press-down: 4 sets 6 reps
Standing bar press: 40×8, 60x8x3
Band lateral raise: 3 sets 8 reps (pause at top)
WG pull-up: bwx6, (bw 5k)x6x3
CG T-bar row: 60×8, 70x8x3
Cambered bar prone row: 50x8x4
Ez-bar curl: 27.5×8, 37.5x8x3

Abs: Weighted decline crunches, 4 sets 8 reps

Stretching: 5 mins
