Sumo deficit: 60×8, 100x8x4
Poor mans GHR: 4 sets 4 reps
Weighted hypers: 3 sets 10 reps (10kg, all reps paused)

Stretching: 30 mins

Technique/rehab work. Right quad is feeling great, almost fully recovered from injury.
