Box squat: BARx6, 60x5x2, 100×5, 140x4x2, 130×4
Glute-ham raise: 4 sets 5 reps

Abs: Hanging knee raise (2 sec pause), 4 sets 10 reps

Stretching: 20 mins

Working sets felt the same as last week, happy with the speed.
