Hi.
I have recently had my skinfolds taken (9%, sum of four upper body skinfolds), bod pod analysis (16%) and electrical impedence (12.5%), to estimate my percentage body fat. However, as you can see the results were very confusing! I am wanting to know what method I should take as a accurate measurement? Also, what is the body fat % of Crusaders backs and forwards?
Any info will be greatfully recieved.

Body pod is the most accurate.
