I broke my thumb about a month a go and wanted to know how i can still keep my upper body in shape as i cant use my hand for the next 4 weeks in a weight training situation.
I noticed Mils Miliaina broke his thumb mid S14 and was curious what Mils has/was doing while he couldnt use his thumb? Also where did he find that extra speed!?
