    hi ash.
    im a new member.
    im 27 year old prop playing in division 1 in wales.
    im looking for a four session of weights a week program.
    ive been weight training for ten years and am looking for a program specifically for rugby.
    id be greatfull for the help.

    Hi there, this is a lively little program that one of my props used this off season, you can easily modify it to 4 days by swapping the Wednesday with an off day and choosing which programs to use on Mon and Fri, or alternate them each week cheers, ash

    Also this in another one for another Prop I have used with good effect, just remove the Wednesday from this program:
