    Hi Ash
    In 1999 you did a lifting seminar for a group of tafe students in sydney.
    You mentioned about a cheap alternitive of making your own protien powder.

    The reason im asking this i train alot of young rugby league players and they dont have the money to buy to buy the good stuff.
    This would be a great help for these guys.

    OMG that was such a long long time ago, haha, well I feel you can get an inexpensive protein supplement from mixing skim milk powder, egg albumin powder, chocolate powder, food flavouring (whichever one you like) with water or regular milk, this should give you a powder which is quite high in protein and tastes reasnobly good, just play around with the combinatins to get the taste you like, hope that helps, cheers, ashley
