Cambered Bar – My personal favourite, great for removing the stress off of the shoulders, a small amount of swing in the bar ensures that you really have to stay in a rock solid position, an increase in loading for the lower back but this is a benefit, great to do Simmons Good Mornings with as well. Also a great variation of overhead pressing with the bar as well.

Wrist Wraps
Excellent wrist wraps! Hold wrist joint steady and locked in place! Have already helped to increase my lifts, but ensure you follow the guidelines of taking them off in between sets so circulation can properly return to your hands

Knee Sleeves
These are Excellent. I have other sleeves that a thin, bunch behind the knee a little. These Get Strength Knee Sleeves Are comfortable, there is no bunching behind the knee. They keep my knees warm, with the added bonus of giving a nice feeling of support. I would recommend these for quality, fit, price and overall service. Thanks.
