Return Policy

All returns and exchanges are welcomed by Getstrength.com . Just return the item with notation of all your information and instruction regarding your exchange or refund. Full credit will be issued for merchandise returned within 10 days of your receipt of shipment. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to returns after 10 days.

Knee Sleeves, Belts or similar product Exchange If for someone reason you have a incorrect size, you may exchange it within 10 days of receiving your order, it must be returned in the original packaging and in perfect condition. All shipping costs will be at the buyers expense. If the wrong size has been sent to you, Getstrength.com will arrange pick-up and delivery of the correct size and Getstrength.com will pay for all shipping charges.

Items that CANNOT be returned.
•             Custom made or custom order products may not be returned.
•             All barbells cannot be returned, (this includes the GS Front Squat and Zercher Harness) but they are covered under manufacturer’s warranty.
•             Merchandise returned over 10 days of receipt of shipment.
•             With the exception of shipping errors, refunds or credits are not issued for shipping charges.
No other warranty written or implied exists. Manufacturer‘s Warranty claims must be addressed to the manufacturers.

Front Squat Harness Size Exchange If for someone reason your Front Squat Harness is the incorrect size for you, you may exchange it within 7 days of receiving your order, it must be returned in the original box and in perfect condition. All shipping costs will be at the buyers expense. If the wrong size has been sent to you, Getstrength.com will arrange pick-up and delivery of the correct size and Getstrength.com will pay for all shipping charges.
