    Hi Ashley,

Such a pleasure and honour to have your expertise available here on this forum, I’m learning sooooooooooo much from you every time I log on.

The two Beastly circuits are bloody awesome mate; only a bar and weights needed = GREAT.

    Best Regards

    Danny

    Hi Ash
Can you tell me what are Fat Man’s Chins/Hindu Push Ups/Hindu Jumper Squat’s (20)/Rope Climb please, excuse my ignorance maestro!!

Hey there, fat mans chins are a horizontal chin, place a bar on the pins in a rack and take an underhand or overhand grip on the bar keeping body in a straight line and feet on the ground or a Swiss Ball and pull your chest to the bar, rope climb is just climbing up a rope or even beter doing chins on two ropes, one hand on each, or on roman rings, google up power rings, as to the Hindu exercises they are taken from Mat Fureys combat conditioning and probably easier to google them up or also to look at you tube to see them performed as you will get a better understanding of the movment, cheers, ashley

    Hi Ash,

How do you include these circuit style weight sessions into the working week? Are they for the purpose of GPP or are they the actual weights for the week?

Also is it one beastly circuit, one bodyweighy blitz and one full body power circuit all in one session?

    Many thanks

    Scott

Hey Scott, those circuits take the place of regular weight training workouts, you could combine the beastly with the body weight but the full body power would be on another day, for the most part they are 3 different days workouts, you can definitely use them as GPP but just as well use them as the main weight training focus, cheers, ash

Just a quick question bout the Session of Beastly Circuit Body Blitz; Is it just the the Body Weight Blitz 30 minutes on its own or total combined with the Beastly Circuit?

If anyone can answer this it would be greatly appreciated.

    Cheers
