Rugby union periodization

Hi guys,

Im currently researching my thesis for my final year. I was considering looking at periodization practices in northern hemisphere rugby union. My plan would be to construct a questionnaire and either mail it or conduct phone interviews with S C coaches of high level rugby union teams in Ireland, England, Scotland and Wales.

There has been very little ‘officially’ published on the periodization practices in rugby union. I was just wondering if you guys have any tips or advice on how to construct the questionnaire?

Any tips / help would be greatly appreciated.
