I havent been on the sight for a few weeks now but it looks as though Ben has resolved his challenges with TA.
I agree with Damians thoughts.
If the athlete is taught the optimal way to carry out any movement (or the body works this out for itself) the body naturally activates muscles in the most efficient way for that given activity. The body knows movements not muscles.
As Damian states unless you want to resolve some type of injury (e.g. Chronic LB) you are better pursuing exercises that are more bang for your buck.
