I bought a pair of 20kg, a 24kg and 28kg KB’s about 12 months ago and must admit it was a great investment- used them as much as my Olympic bar and discs since.
They’re a great circuit training tool as well as a good introduction to explosive lifting without the hurdle of learning the techniques of the Olympic lifts- so could be great for say Colts teams etc.
I’ve also found them a great In season training tool to maintain strength and size as in a quick workout which can leave you on your knees- as you’re no doubt finding out!
I’ve posted a few belters in the “Weekly Workout” section- enjoy….or not as the case maybe!
