5 mins skill work (low intensity handling)
5 mins higher intensity dynamics
5 mins team practices (including forward/back split-higher intensity)
3 mins team defence
This is the ‘formal’ part of the warm-up, however, other players such as kickers and throwers may come out earlier and go through individual skill warm-ups.
