Thanks for your support of the site and for contributing your question, we are fortunate this year to be able to fly into South Africa a day earlier than usual as we are coming off a bye week, so we will have an extra day of recovery leading into our first game, we pull right back on the physical the first week we are there, lifting no more than around 60%, this will build over the next 2 weeks of this tour (we have 3 games in SA this season, we try and stick to our regular routines as much as possible, but have shorter sessions, so in effect controlling our volume and trying to maintain good intensity in our field sessions, ashley
