Hi there, I agree with Bris the trap bar is a great start off tool for younger players learning how to control their bodies and get load through the legs and hip region, I also like regular dead lifting off of mats or off of the pins in the power rack, particularly if a player can not maintain god form off of the floor often the case with taller athletes, also the trap bar is great for overhead pressing as well, gives a new angle and loading pattern to the shoulder girdle. cheers. ash
