Sure thing Lloydy, no worries, yes indeed that is how I use the upper body warm up movements with a very short rest in between each movement, the YTI`s are done on a prone bench pull bench if you have access to one or anyways you can keep your chest on your knees and have a full range for the DB`s to travel the path of the DB`s just mimics the capital letters Y, T & I, slow and controlled, as for the KB swings you can use a weight plate or a DB instead, cheers, ash
