Bent over rows are a favourite of mine, you are standing, braced through
the entire body, and pulling with your back and arms, a few of my guys
will use around 120kg for 3 reps on this movement, personally I would
like them up around 140kg, but have to be careful on their backs with
all the wear and tear they get from playing, ash
