Our players must take 4 weeks of leave and 4 weeks of active rest programming throughout the year. Our non rep players will take 2 weeks off after S14 and 2 weeks at xmas. The remainder of the leave is taken after the club rugby season so the guys get a good block of time off before recommencing training in preparation for the next year. When they come back they have an 8 week training block leading into xmas.
