Hi Josh, I know where you are coming from, I had DVT’s (both originating in the left calf, deep saphenous vein) in successive years back in the early 90’s one broke off and went to my lungs, so I know how long it takes to get back but you do get back, I had to take it extremely slowly, I am even still wafaranised so many years on, so yes just re-gain your general health and condition and then slowly add the intensity you need to get playing to playing level, just keep going and you will be back for sure, cheers, ashley
