Hi Joshua, you say you have been released by your doctors to play again, but no mention of your ailment which willl be a big factor in assisting you back onto the pitch, if you are so very de-trained then I woud suggest that you seek the help of a personal trainer to get you up and moving again and to help you lose weight, there are so many programs on this site that you can use as you get back into shape, hasten slowly, and re-gain your health condition fist before considering to start a program to re-gain yoru sports performance conditioning, ashley
