I bought this ebook the other day and tried one of the movements, well worth the cost of the book alone and I would highly recommend you adding it to your repertoire and library, below is the front cover, go to http://www.yestostrength.com to order:

    The Magnificent 35

    Vigorous Variations of Classical Exercises

Karsten Jensen, MSc. Exercise Physiology, Strength Coach

The movment I used was the Bradford Press Military Press, I used it standing, bar starting at the front and resting on the clavilcles press to the top of th ehead and lower to behind the neck and return to starting position then a full military press to lockout and return this is one rep, we did a 6 x 4 set/rep combo, there are many more great combos on the book enjoy, ashley
