    Hopefully this is in the right section but I am looking for articles/ authors that deal with concurrent resistance training (simultaneous strength/power/hypertrophy programming) in order to get a better understanding for designing programs.

    Any advice or help you can give me would be greatly appreciated.

    Your best bet is to go straight to the source of conjugate training and
    get the Westside methods manual either ebook or hard copy direct from
    Louie Simmons at http://www.westside-barbell.com $49.95 p & h, or no p & h
    with ebook obviously, there are many articles that I have posted in the
    archives section here as well which are specific to rugby, ashley
