I want to put on upper body size, but im unsure what exactly you mean by your 3 week block for size
week 1: 12, 10, 8
week 2 : 8, 6, 4
week3 : 7, 5, 3
sorry for not being up to date but i would like someone to elaborate what this means? ps i will be doin 3 upper body sessons per week
