Here’s the plan for tomorrow….it look horrible but with missing a week playing my mate and I want to get a big one in the tank to put us in good stead for resumption of games next w/e.

Block Cleans- 10 reps KB Presses- 10 reps Press-Ups- 10 reps Bodywt Hindu Squats- 10 reps Mountain Climbers- 20 reps( 10 each leg) Block High Pulls-10 reps
5 times through, moving straight from one exercise to the next as quick as possible
