    I think it was Louie Simmons or Dave Tate who said this, and I unreservedly apologise in advance to those two men if it was neither but I really liked what it implies: “show me an exercise that is 100% safe and I will show you an exercise that probably is not effective in reaching your goals (does not work)” but obviously you have to perform your own individual cost:benefit analysis to ascertain if you are prepared to use an exercise or not, whilst obviously looking at physical readiness, injury history, training age, sport application, possible alternatives, then make your decision and be prepared to say you were wrong or you made the incorrect choice if it does not go to plan, cheers, ashley
