    Hey guys just checking about the In Season Programme – beastly circuit.

    Is it 6 exercises 6 reps plus row = 1set.

    So Overall doing 6 sets??

    Many thanks for the programmes really appreciate the quality information and the results of hard work early in the week
    are definately showing on the field come saturday.




    Has anyone done this for a period of time during the season and if so how did they find it. And yes Simeon you are correct about the beastly circuit
