    What Are Your Views On Stretching Before A Work Out. Yes Warm The Body Up But What Type If Any Stretching?

    Hi Sean we do active movements like hurdles overs and unders and forwards and backwards, some active strecthing for tighter areas and general joint mobility work, squatting, lunging, sise to side movements, KB swings, a set or 2 or 3 with a progressive load, no passive stretching, ash
