    Please help in designing a timetable for our training session. This to in clude weight traing too.

    Hi there it is a little difficult to put something down with the information you have provided, depending on your level of play will be a bid variable to decide on how to compile the program, is this to be an off season or an inseason plan, for example we will do something like this in season, based on a game on Saturdays:

    Sunday: players own recovery, swim, bike, light weights circuit, light run

    Monday: review of game, skills and weights, conditioning games session

    Tuesday: skills, unit work, team work, weights (optional), speed or fitness session

    Wednesday: off

    Thursday: skills, unit work, team work, speed (option), power weights

    Friday: captains run

    Saturday: Game
