July 14, 2008 at 2:05 am #23994ashleyGuestHi there it is a little difficult to put something down with the information you have provided, depending on your level of play will be a bid variable to decide on how to compile the program, is this to be an off season or an inseason plan, for example we will do something like this in season, based on a game on Saturdays:
Sunday: players own recovery, swim, bike, light weights circuit, light run
Monday: review of game, skills and weights, conditioning games session
Tuesday: skills, unit work, team work, weights (optional), speed or fitness session
Wednesday: off
Thursday: skills, unit work, team work, speed (option), power weights
Friday: captains run
Saturday: Game
cheers, ashley
