    Just thought I would share our three main quotes of our off season program with you all:

    “The more you sweat in peace, the less you bleed in war” Genral Patton

    “Tis better to cry in the dojo, than to weep on the battle field” unknown samurai

    “The weak get Eaten” unknown

    and on a personal note, since I may not get the chance due to travel, I would like to take this opportunity to wish each of you all and your families and friends, a wonderful Christmas, and that 2009 will be a year of continued growth in all areas of your lives, thank you for being a part of the web site and hopefully we can continue to learn off of each other in the coming year, peace and happiness, Ashley
