Hey boys,
I’ve recently been performing some single leg deadlifts, squats (differring variations) and step downs from a raised platform. Whilst performing these exercises my right hip constantly abducts 2-3 inches and my left knee adducts slightly. I have a steel rod and screws in my fibula (due to broken tib.fib), however my range of movement isn’t painful or limited. Have certain muscles been made dormant over time through the injury which has lead to poor technique? If so, any tips on how to identify and reactivate these muscles?
Cheers
