    Hey guys well this was a good day, just about to do some hot and colds and I have a Sanyo team ten pin bowling tournament tonight so hopefully I will not seize up by then haha:

    3 x 3 Safety Bar Squat

    4 x 4 Front Squat

    5 x 5 Cambered Bar Box Squat

    6 x 6 Thick Bar Zercher Squat

    so I got to use all my toys will do a similar program using as many of my toys as possible on Hamstring and Glutes day on Friday or Saturday, ash

    So Ash, that’s 18 sets of squats in one session??

    Yes indeed, remember I do not have to run, I commute via mountain bike at present, that was tough today, haha, just trying out a few things at present, would be far too much for any running based sport such as rugby, but if you needed a wee hypertrophy block could be an option, cheers, ash

    Nice session Ash!

    Do you mix up order of exercise and reps as well for variety or do you find this is the best order for you?

    Cheers mate I will hold this for a few weeks then shift the order and look at different exercise combinations, just gllad I do not have to run, haha, I love trialling all the workouts and if this old man can do them and recover fairly well then I am sure they maybe useful to others, cheers,ash

    That’s some strong work Ash! I like the use of Zerchers too, very old school!

    Are those RM sets or are you working off a percentage?

    Hey there Tom, actually not RM sets yet but will be working into that range again soon, just ascending loads at present, that sure enough did the damage, eh, I do love those Zerchers keeps me grounded in the days past and connected in some ways, cheers, ash
